Hugo Quevedo

He attended courses at the Queen Mary & Westfield College of the University of London, London (1995) and at the University of Dundee, Scotland (1995).

Private Practice: Quevedo Abogados (2006--); Klein & Franco, Partner (1996-2006); Muñoz de Toro & Quevedo, Partner (1991-1994); Brons & Salas, Associate (1990-1991). He has acted as arbitrator, counsel to parties and expert witness in international investment treaty arbitrations under ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. He has advised the General Superintendency of the Sector Regulatory System (SIRESE) of Bolivia (2006) and has acted as advisor to the Argentine Secretary of Energy (1996).

Public Office: Counsel, Legal and Technical Secretariat to the President of the Argentine Republic, (1988-1989); Director General of Organization, Secretariat of Civil Service of the President of the Argentine Republic (1989); Honorary Advisor to the Secretary of Civil Service of the President of the Argentine Republic (1990-1991); Advisor to the Prosecutor of the Federal Administration, (1991-1992).
